When our kitchen caught fire. Me and my family were devastated. We almost lost everything. When I was watching the firemen put out the fire I had already given up hope. My insurance recommended I call my local SERVPRO. Once I called I felt a huge sigh of relief! I was speaking to actual local residents that understood the area and my situation. I didn't have to listen to a recording but there was an actual live person on the phone! They made me feel comfortable and they handled my items with care. Once the repairs were finished they delivered my items to my home that were wrapped and safely packed. I will definitely be calling you again in the future!
